Our products are sold as electronic products and gift cards. After you have completed the order and payment successfully, you will receive an order confirmation and receipt in your email. If you bought a gift card, it will be sent to the email address provided for the recipient. The spam filtering of email provider might automatically move said email to the spam folder; if you have not received the gift card in a few days, check your spam folder also.
The gift cards are valid one year from the purchase date.
Both tandem jumpers and those attending the beginner’s courses will fill out a health statement form before jumping.
The minimum age is 15 years (the person has to be 15 years old before the course, persons under 18 with their guardian’s consent). No maximum age limit, but all persons over 65 are required to provide a medical certificate.
The maximum weight of the jumper is 100 kg due to equipment safety regulations.
Tandem jumps are available for non-Finnish speaking persons.

Our beginner’s courses require that the student is able to understand both spoken and written Finnish. You don’t have to be super fluent; if you can manage a normal casual conversation in Finnish you should be fine.
